On a personal note, I am a UC Santa Barbara Alumni (Go Gauchos!) and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. I am also President of The Randal D. Simmons Outreach Foundation which is a nonprofit organization designed to help at-risk youth with scholastic achievements.
